*A limited number of air-conditioned dorm rooms are available to those who register early.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your registration, you will receive 100% reimbursement if you make the request before April 30, 2024. From May 1-31, you will receive a 50% reimbursement. After that, we are locked into food and amenity costs and cannot offer reimbursement.
Once you are registered, you will receive an Auto-Receipt e-mail from Authorize.net with your payment information. Please keep this receipt for your records. No refunds will be processed without a receipt.
LOCATION + LODGING
On-campus lodging is available. Attendees who prefer to stay off-campus are responsible for making their own reservations.
TRANSPORTATION + PARKING
Transportation from the airport to the hotel is the responsibility of each attendee. There are multiple options available.
